New Horizon.
We are writing an overdue update….
It has been a hell of a couple months… and year.
We wanted to first and foremost thank all of the patrons of our recent GoFundMe campaign. With your gracious support, we were able to raise over $5,000 on the platform and private donations. All rewards were sent out last month, if you’ve not received yours, please email biomassiveband@gmail.com.
For Those not aware, our mainstay vehicle for the band had a flat tire on the way to the first show of our 2 night run.
We made it to the gig safely, no big deal. But on day 2, we sprung a fatal leak. Maggie was headed for the shop.
Without The GO-FUND-ME initiative we would have been unable to get the van out of the shop or preform any of the remaining dates on our, already misfit schedule.
Additionally, we SURPASSED our goal, the remainder of your donations went towards the following:
- The initial Repair needed for “Maggie” our sprinter, which has since been sold! (to Randall for a work truck!)
- Starting payments on “Stephanie” a 2019 Chevy Express. Our NEW BANDWAGON!!! :)
- Installing a tow hitch and brake controller on Stephanie.
- Replacing every tire, a wheel bearing and two spares on our TRAILER
- Building This brand new website
- Stocking merchandise with new FOR THE FIRST TIME items: hoodies, masks, and hats. As well as a fresh run of Stickers & Vinyl Decals
We have decided to pause all bookings at this time given the global climate. We are working vigorously on new music. We were getting together in person until recently, which has turned out to be a blessing in disguise as we are all dialing our individual home recording spaces and getting into a new flow of file sharing.
We are working on live stream concepts and other interactive elements to connect with our friends and fans while we can not perform.
When the world heals, we will have solid transportation, merchandise and loads of brand new material ready to unleash.
